Create a New Playlist

LED Sign Help Directory > Create, Schedule and Delete Playlists > Create a new playlist
Select the 'Signs' tab or the 'Playlist' tab.
Select 'Actions' and 'Create New Playlist'.
Give the playlist a name.
Select a sign. If you want to publish the playlist to more than one sign, you can add signs to the playlist in step 8 below.
Select OK.
Under 'Playlist Media Items', select 'Actions'.
Add at least one media item (text, date & time, temperature, image, video, or current weather conditions).
Optional: To publish this playlist to more than one sign, under 'Publish to Signs', select 'Actions' and 'Add Signs', and tick the boxes of signs in the list.
Note: a playlist can only be published to signs that have exactly the same pixel width and height. This is to avoid the incorrect-looking playlist content that would appear on signs of a different width and height.Under 'Playlist Schedule', select the scheduling parameters (optional).
At the top of the playlist editor, select 'Save Playlist' or select 'Menu' and select 'Approve & Publish' to publish the playlist to signs.
