Planning and Design
Our experienced sales team draws on the expertise of our graphic designers and drafters to ensure that we can bring your vision to life on each project. Our award-winning graphic design team has extensive knowledge of signage, ensuring that the concepts they develop with you will translate well into fabricated signage.

Production
With 3,500 square metres of floor space, our factory is set up to produce signs of all shapes and sizes, utilizing a wide variety of materials.
We are experienced in fabricating aluminium, steel, and stainless steel, as well as various plastics, LED displays, and lights. Our 5 axis CNC router coupled with our CNC press brake feeds into our welding shop, equipped with Fronius welders, and Demmeler fabricating tables. Multiple spray booths of varying sizes cater for different sign types. HP Latex digital printing, UV flatbed printing, vinyl cutters and applicators, final assembly, and packaging finish up the process.
Typically, around 30 people work across the various production departments.

220 tonne CNC LVD Toolcell Press Brake, 4m capacity
Welding facility equipped with Fronius welders and Demmeler fabrication tables
5 tonne gantry crane
4 spray booths, capable of spraying pylon signs up to 14m tall
Vinyl printer and laminator
Mutoh XpertJet 661UF flatbed printer
Vinyl application rollover table
